在安裝調(diào)試之前應(yīng)先檢查控制器、按鈕盒、卷門機(jī)、行程開關(guān)、電剎車的連接線是否正常，確認(rèn)后在進(jìn)行調(diào)試。

1、相序調(diào)整：接入三相380V50HZ電源，接通空氣開關(guān)，若電源指示燈閃爍故障燈亮故障反饋開關(guān)常閉并發(fā)出救護(hù)笛的報(bào)警聲則表明相序錯誤，可將三相電源進(jìn)線中的任兩相交換即可?？刂破鞯南嘈驒z測正確，操縱按鈕觀察卷簾門運(yùn)行方向，若卷門機(jī)運(yùn)行方向與按鍵相反，將卷門機(jī)三相接線中任意兩相交換即可。

1. Phase sequence adjustment: connect the three-phase 380V50HZ power supply and turn on the air switch. Exchange any two phases in the three-phase power supply incoming line. The phase sequence detection of the controller is correct, and the operation button is used to observe the operation direction of the roller shutter. If the operation direction of the roller shutter is opposite to the button, exchange any two phases in the three-phase wiring of the roller shutter.

2、中位位置設(shè)置以及形成學(xué)習(xí)：接通電源將控制板上撥嗎開關(guān)SW1置于on的位置，SW2置于ON的位置可進(jìn)入中停位置的設(shè)定和正常行駛行程的學(xué)習(xí)。

2. Middle position setting and formation learning: Turn on the power supply and set the up switch SW1 of the control board to the ON position. Set SW2 to the ON position to enter the middle stop position setting and normal travel learning.

a：現(xiàn)將上下限位器按實(shí)際情況設(shè)定好。

a: Now set the upper and lower limit stops according to the actual situation.

b：按復(fù)位鍵一次卷門機(jī)開始上行達(dá)到上限位并自動停止。

b: Press the reset key once, the door winder starts to move up to the upper limit and stops automatically.

c：按下行鍵一次開始進(jìn)入下行全程學(xué)習(xí)，卷門機(jī)開始下行達(dá)到下限位并自動停止，下行全程學(xué)習(xí)完畢。

c: Press the down key once to start the whole downward learning process. The door roller starts to descend to the lower limit and stops automatically. The whole downward learning process is completed.

d：按上行鍵一次開始進(jìn)入上行全程學(xué)習(xí)，卷門機(jī)開始上行達(dá)到上限位并自動停止，上行全程學(xué)習(xí)完畢。

d: Press the UP key once to start the whole uplink learning. The door roller starts to go up to the upper limit and stops automatically. The whole uplink learning is completed.

e：按上行鍵一次開始進(jìn)入中停位置學(xué)習(xí)，卷門機(jī)開始下行達(dá)到距地面1.8M處按停鍵，下行中位置學(xué)習(xí)完畢。

e: Press the UP key once to enter the middle stop position for learning. The door winder starts to descend to 1.8m above the ground, and then press the STOP key to finish learning the middle stop position for descending.

f：再按一次下行鍵，使卷門機(jī)達(dá)到下限位并自動停止，后半程學(xué)習(xí)完畢。

f: Press the down key again to make the door roller reach the lower limit and stop automatically, and the second half of the learning is completed.

g：按上行鍵，使卷門機(jī)達(dá)到上限位并自動停止，正常行駛行程學(xué)習(xí)完畢。

h: Press the Silence key once, and the learning middle position indicator for entering the fast descending middle position flashes to indicate entering the middle position setting. Press the Down key, and the door roller magnet starts to descend intermittently to the position 1.8M above the ground. Press the Stop key, and the learning of the fast descending middle position is completed.

i：再按復(fù)位鍵一次鍵，卷門機(jī)達(dá)到上限位并自動停止，中停位置于設(shè)定和正常行駛行程學(xué)習(xí)全部完畢。

i: Press the reset key again, the door roller reaches the upper limit and stops automatically, the middle stop is set and the normal travel learning is completed.
