電動(dòng)卷簾門電機(jī)故障及檢測方法

電壓測量法是更常用的檢修方法之一,就是通過測懷疑點(diǎn)電壓是否正常來判斷故障部位和故障原因。比如在檢修電機(jī)不轉(zhuǎn)、而儀表盤亮故障時(shí),可通過測控制器的供電電壓和輸出電壓判斷故開部位:再比如檢修電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速不正常故障時(shí),可通過測調(diào)速轉(zhuǎn)把輸出的控制電壓來判斷它是否正常。

電阻測量法是更主要的檢修方法之。該方法就是通過測懷疑的線路、 器件的阻值是否正常,來判斷故障部位和故障原因。比如在檢修電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不正常故障時(shí),可通過測電機(jī)3個(gè)繞組的阻值,判斷它是否匝間短路或斷路,而檢修無刷電機(jī)時(shí),測它的3條傳感信號輸出線對地和5V供電之間的阻值時(shí),可判斷霍爾元件是否損壞:再比如在整車無電故障時(shí),還可測量保險(xiǎn)管、電源鎖和供電線路是否斷路,控制器是否短路等。

在檢測線路、電源鎖等器件是否斷路時(shí),可采用萬用表“蜂鳴”檔(有的數(shù)字萬用表該功能附加在“二極管”檔上)進(jìn)行測量,若萬用表發(fā)出鳴叫聲,說明線路正常:若沒有鳴叫聲,說明線路已斷:若有時(shí)鳴叫有時(shí)無聲,說明線路接觸不良。
