1、電動機不動或轉(zhuǎn)速慢

1. The motor does not move or the speed is slow

故障原因：一般是線路斷路、電機燒損、停止按鈕沒復位、限位開關動作、負載較大等引起。

Fault causes: generally, it is caused by open circuit of the line, burning loss of the motor, failure to reset the stop button, action of the limit switch, large load, etc.

處理方法：檢查線路、并接通；更換燒損電機；更換按鈕或重復按動幾次；撥動限位開關滑塊使它脫離微動開關觸點，并調(diào)整微動開關位置；檢查機械部分有無卡阻，若有則卡阻清理障礙物。

Treatment method: check the line and connect it; Replace the burned motor; Replace the button or press it repeatedly for several times; Toggle the limit switch slider to separate it from the microswitch contact and adjust the microswitch position; Check whether the mechanical part is blocked. 故障發(fā)生的部位及原因：繼電器（接觸器）觸點粘死、行程微動開關失效或觸片變形、滑塊緊定螺釘松、靠板螺絲松使靠板移位，使滑塊或螺母不能隨絲桿轉(zhuǎn)動而移動、限位器傳動齒輪破損、按鈕上、下鍵卡死。

Location and cause of fault: the contact of relay (contactor) is stuck, the travel microswitch is invalid or the contact piece is deformed, the fastening screw of slider is loose, the screw of backup plate is loose, so that the backup plate is displaced, so that the slider or nut cannot move with the rotation of screw rod, the transmission gear of limiter is damaged, and the upper and lower keys of button are stuck.

處理方法：更換繼電器（接觸器）；更換微動開關或觸片；緊定滑塊螺釘并使靠板復位；更換限位器傳動齒輪；更換按鈕。

Treatment method: replace the relay (contactor); Replace microswitch or contact piece; Tighten the slider screw and reset the backup plate; Replace the transmission gear of the stopper; Replace the button.

3、手拉鏈不動

故障原因：環(huán)形鏈條堵住十字槽；棘爪無脫離棘輪；壓鏈架卡死。

Fault cause: the ring chain blocks the cross groove; The pawl does not disengage from the ratchet wheel; The chain pressing frame is stuck.

處理方法：理順環(huán)形鏈條；調(diào)整棘爪與壓鏈架相對位置；更換或潤滑銷軸。

Treatment method: straighten out the ring chain; Adjust the relative position between the pawl and the chain pressing frame; Replace or lubricate the pin shaft.

4、電機振動或噪聲較大

故障原因：剎車盤不平衡或斷裂；剎車盤無緊固；軸承失油或失效；齒輪嚙合不順、失油或磨損嚴重；電機電流聲或振動。

Fault cause: the brake disc is unbalanced or broken; The brake disc is not fastened; Bearing oil loss or failure; Gear meshing is not smooth, oil loss or serious wear; Motor current, sound or vibration.

處理方法：更換剎車盤或重新調(diào)整平衡；緊固剎車盤螺母；更換軸承；修配電機軸輸出端齒輪、潤滑或更換；檢查電機，如電機壞損則更換。
