　　一、卷簾門常遇到哪些故障

　　1、 What are the common faults encountered by rolling shutter doors

　　卷簾門控制器故障指示燈亮

　　The fault indicator light of the rolling shutter door controller is on

　　卷簾門的故障指示燈亮起，是控制主板檢測(cè)到了非正常的情況?，F(xiàn)在的主板功能都在不斷完善。遇到這種情況，可以分析以下幾種情況：

　　The malfunction indicator light of the rolling shutter door is on, indicating that the control motherboard has detected an abnormal situation. Nowadays, the functions of motherboards are constantly improving. In this situation, the following situations can be analyzed:

　　a：卷簾門主電源故障，比如說(shuō)，缺相／錯(cuò)相／欠壓／過(guò)壓，可以使用萬(wàn)用表測(cè)量一下電源信號(hào)即可；

　　a: The main power supply of the rolling shutter door is faulty, such as phase loss/wrong phase/undervoltage/overvoltage. You can use a multimeter to measure the power signal;

　　b：備用電池故障，常見(jiàn)的就是電池?zé)o法充電導(dǎo)致欠壓。

　　b: Backup battery failure is commonly caused by undervoltage due to the inability to charge the battery.

　　c：主板供電電源故障，這種情況是因?yàn)榭刂葡鋬?nèi)的變壓器損壞，無(wú)法提供正常的電源信號(hào)（通常電壓在15V左右，因主板不同，有所差異）。

　　c: The power supply failure of the motherboard is due to the damage of the transformer inside the control box, which cannot provide normal power signals (usually the voltage is around 15V, which varies depending on the motherboard brand).

　　d：卷簾門檢測(cè)不到限位信號(hào)。在主板上會(huì)有2個(gè)LED燈，顯示卷簾門處于上限或是下限。

　　d: The rolling shutter door cannot detect the limit signal. There will be 2 LED lights on the motherboard, indicating whether the rolling shutter door is at the upper or lower limit.

　　遇到故障指示燈亮起，大家可以參考上面的幾種情況逐一排查即可。

　　When the fault indicator light comes on, you can refer to the above situations to troubleshoot one by one.

　　2、卷簾門遠(yuǎn)程控制按鈕無(wú)法提升卷簾（只能下降）

　　2. The remote control button of the rolling shutter door cannot lift the rolling shutter (it can only be lowered)

　　這種情況，通常是因?yàn)闆](méi)有主電源引起的，而且卷簾下降速度會(huì)很快（憑自重降落）。備用電池的作用就是在沒(méi)有主電源的情況下，接收到遠(yuǎn)程控制盒的信號(hào)（任意按鈕都可以），打開(kāi)電磁抱閘（就像汽車的手剎），卷簾在自身重力下下降。

　　This situation is usually caused by the lack of a main power source, and the rolling shutter descends quickly (by its own weight). The function of the backup battery is to receive a signal from the remote control box (any button can be pressed) in the absence of a main power source, open the electromagnetic brake (like a car handbrake), and the roller blind will descend under its own gravity.

　　3、遠(yuǎn)程控制按鈕無(wú)法操作卷簾（注意不同于上個(gè)問(wèn)題）

　　3. The remote control button cannot operate the roller blind (note different from the previous issue)

　　這種情況，可能的原因是按鈕損壞或是卷簾檢測(cè)不到正確的限位開(kāi)關(guān)?？梢酝ㄟ^(guò)主板上限位指示燈來(lái)判斷一下。

　　The possible reason for this situation is that the button is damaged or the roller blind cannot detect the correct limit switch. You can judge it by the upper limit indicator light on the motherboard.

　　二、維保人員更換卷簾門控制主板／控制器，需要怎么操作。

　　2、 How do maintenance personnel replace the control board/controller of the rolling shutter door.

　　有兩方面內(nèi)容是需要注意的，一是遠(yuǎn)程控制按鈕是否匹配，二是電機(jī)的安裝方向設(shè)置（左安裝還是右安裝）。

　　There are two aspects to pay attention to, one is whether the remote control button matches, and the other is the installation direction setting of the motor (left or right installation).

　　更換步驟如下：

　　The replacement steps are as follows:

　　1、將卷簾門下降半米左右（可以使用溫控釋放裝置，或者拉鏈來(lái)使卷簾下降）。

　　1. Lower the roller shutter door by about half a meter (you can use a temperature controlled release device or a zipper to lower the roller shutter).

　　2、更換完成主板，送電，打開(kāi)控制器，點(diǎn)動(dòng)卷簾下降的按鈕，觀察卷簾運(yùn)行方向。若卷簾下降，則說(shuō)明電機(jī)安裝方向設(shè)置正確，反之，則調(diào)整主板的撥碼開(kāi)關(guān)。（選擇左安裝或是右安裝）

　　2. Replace the motherboard, power on, turn on the controller, press the button to lower the roller shutter, and observe the direction of the roller shutter operation. If the roller blind descends, it indicates that the motor installation direction is set correctly. Otherwise, adjust the dip switch on the motherboard. (Choose left or right installation)

　　3、根據(jù)主板的調(diào)試說(shuō)明，設(shè)置卷簾是一步降落或是二步降落（有些卷簾不需要進(jìn)行此操作）。

　　3. According to the debugging instructions of the motherboard, setting the roller shutter is either a one-step descent or a two-step descent (some roller shutters do not require this operation).

　　4、遠(yuǎn)程控制按鈕的更換。卷簾的遠(yuǎn)程控制按鈕，目前有兩種：多線形式和模擬量形式。多線形式，很好理解，就是線多，每個(gè)按鈕都對(duì)應(yīng)一根線（有公共線）。模擬量形式，通常是3根線。注意，這兩種按鈕是不可以替換，必須與主板對(duì)應(yīng)。

　　4. Replacement of remote control buttons. There are currently two types of remote control buttons for roller blinds: multi line form and analog form. Multi line form, easy to understand, means there are multiple lines, and each button corresponds to a line (with a common line). Analog form, usually consisting of 3 wires. Note that these two buttons cannot be replaced and must correspond to the motherboard.
