一、卷簾門設(shè)備導(dǎo)軌與方管

1、 Rolling shutter door equipment guide rail and square tube

1、在洞口的兩邊確認(rèn)導(dǎo)軌與方管設(shè)備方位，用錘線放出導(dǎo)軌與方管基準(zhǔn)線、放出方管連接件固定螺栓十字線，導(dǎo)軌與方管逾越吊頂不小于20CM。

1. Confirm the orientation of the guide rail and square tube equipment on both sides of the hole, use a hammer line to set out the reference line between the guide rail and square tube, and set out the cross line of the fixing bolts of the square tube connection. The guide rail and square tube should not exceed the suspended ceiling by less than 20cm.

2、用沖擊鉆在墻柱上打出連接件固定脹大螺栓孔，連接件的間隔不得大于600mm，兩頭距方管口100mm。

3、先上下固定后再?gòu)?fù)一下導(dǎo)軌的垂直度，每米不得大于5mm，全行垂直度不得逾越20mm，無機(jī)布料面嵌入導(dǎo)軌深度（見GB14102-2005）。

4、講其余連接件裝在，連接件與方管之間選用電焊，每件連接件與導(dǎo)軌間電焊點(diǎn)不少于5點(diǎn)，電焊的寬度不少于5m，焊接處不應(yīng)有穿孔現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生。選用不銹鋼導(dǎo)軌時(shí)焊條選用不銹鋼焊條。

4. The remaining connectors are installed, and welding is used between the connectors and the square tube. The welding points between each connector and the guide rail are not less than 5 points, and the width of the welding is not less than 5 meters. There should be no perforation at the welding point. When selecting stainless steel guide rails, stainless steel welding rods should be used.

2、 Jinan roller shutter door equipment support plate

1、依據(jù)大樣圖中的卷軸的規(guī)劃中間高度，在立柱或墻上定出動(dòng)支承板的中間方位，放出脹大螺栓的中間十字線。

1. According to the planned middle height of the scroll in the detailed drawing, determine the middle position of the movable support plate on the column or wall, and release the middle cross line of the expansion bolt.

2、以主支承板中間為基準(zhǔn)，昆山自動(dòng)門廠用水平塑料管找出相對(duì)應(yīng)的從動(dòng)支承板中間和從動(dòng)支承板的脹大螺栓孔十字線。

2. Based on the middle of the main support plate, Kunshan Automatic Door Factory uses horizontal plastic pipes to find the corresponding cross lines of the expansion bolt holes in the middle of the driven support plate and the driven support plate.

3、打孔：用沖擊鉆打脹大孔的要求鉆頭垂直于柱面，若單個(gè)螺栓孔碰到鋼筋，鉆不進(jìn)則可恰當(dāng)移動(dòng)，但不能影響牢固和外觀。

4、裝自動(dòng)支承板，用螺母、繃簧墊圈，平墊圈把穿過支承板孔的脹大栓旋緊，要求主支承板面垂直于卷軸。

5、裝從動(dòng)承板方法同上，但在緊螺栓前，要求用水平管校核從動(dòng)支承板的中間高度是否與自動(dòng)承板共同，水平度控制在洞口高度的1/300內(nèi)，如有差錯(cuò)及時(shí)調(diào)整。
