一、電動卷簾門是否支持手動功能，手動要方便，快捷。停電時將離合扭轉(zhuǎn)90度，即可手推運(yùn)行。

1、 Whether the electric rolling shutter door supports manual function, which shall be convenient and fast. In case of power failure, turn the clutch 90 degrees to manually push it.

二、電動卷簾門不能存在慣性滑行的現(xiàn)象，要具有雙面自動卡鎖功能。

三、為了提高電動卷簾門運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)程度，要增強(qiáng)拉力，所以本廠采用的是8輪前后驅(qū)動，連排齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動的生產(chǎn)安裝技術(shù)。

安裝方法

一、先在需要安裝的門框框口位置畫出線。表明尺寸大小，然后找工作人員設(shè)計出合適的電動卷簾門，這里值得注意的一點是框內(nèi)高度比門扇的高度要高一點點

1、 Draw the outgoing line at the door frame opening to be installed. Indicate the size, and then find the staff to design a suitable electric rolling shutter door. It is worth noting that the height in the frame is a little higher than that of the door leaf

二、先把電動卷簾門的門框固定，這里要先拆掉門框下部的固定板。（注意：洞口兩側(cè)地面要預(yù)留凹槽，經(jīng)校正合格后，固定木楔，門框鐵腳與預(yù)埋鐵板件焊牢。用水泥砂漿或強(qiáng)度不低于10MPa細(xì)石混凝土嵌塞牢固即可。）

2、 First fix the door frame of the electric rolling shutter door. Here, remove the fixing plate at the lower part of the door frame（ Note: grooves shall be reserved on the ground on both sides of the hole. After correction, fix the wooden wedge, and weld the iron foot of the door frame with the embedded iron plate. 三、安裝電動卷簾門扇主體門扇。一定要保證電動卷簾門與墻體結(jié)成整體，封閉性要做好，再粉刷洞口及墻體。粉刷完畢后，門縫應(yīng)均勻平整，開啟電動卷簾門應(yīng)該自由輕便，不得有過緊、過松和反彈現(xiàn)象。

3、 Install the main body of the electric rolling shutter door leaf. It must be ensured that the electric rolling shutter door and the wall form a whole, and the sealing shall be done well, and then the hole and wall shall be painted. After painting, the door seam shall be even and flat, and the opening of the electric rolling shutter door shall be free and light without too tight, too loose and rebound.
