電動(dòng)卷簾門齒輪噪音是怎么形成的?

電動(dòng)卷簾門齒輪噪音形成的原因有許多,尤其高負(fù)荷高轉(zhuǎn)速之運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中,噪音與振動(dòng)始終是急需要去克服的問題。茲將減低噪音之要點(diǎn)及對(duì)策整理于下,若按照這說(shuō)明稍加注意噪音問題可大幅改善。

(1) 正確之齒面接觸

實(shí)施齒面鼓形加工(Crowning)或削端加工(Relieving)防止單片接觸,噪音自然會(huì)降低。適當(dāng)之齒形修整對(duì)降低噪音也有效。齒面上之碰傷或打痕。
If crowning or relieving is implemented to prevent single chip contact, the noise will be reduced naturally. Proper tooth profile modification is also effective to reduce noise. Eliminate the bumps or marks on the tooth surface.

研摩,擦磨(Lapping),砥磨(Honing)均可達(dá)到很理想齒面粗度,另在油中熱身運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一段時(shí)間也可以改善齒面粗度,這對(duì)噪音均有降低作用。

將節(jié)距誤差,齒形誤差,齒溝偏差,齒筋誤差改小,則噪音自然會(huì)變小。研磨齒面,除可改善齒輪及各個(gè)精度外,還可改良齒面粗度。故對(duì)減低噪音有很好之效果。

(6) 低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及低負(fù)荷

齒輪之轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)盡量壓低,負(fù)荷盡量減輕可減少噪音。有用降低齒輪傳動(dòng)噪聲的措施。

(7) 適當(dāng)之潤(rùn)滑
